It’s not in one of the typical niches that people who are trying to sell you their courses talk about either.
You see, in 2012 I created a course all about juggling and learning how to juggle. I found out the common questions that people had around juggling and spent time to film, edit and produce a video course that solved the problem for people.
Because of that, every single month I’ve been selling both the course and the kindle book.
When it comes to digital real estate, it’s important to create these assets that will continue to pay you month in and month out like clockwork. By working in a niche such as juggling, I was able to create something that had a little less competition and create something that I could be the expert in.
It did help that I have been juggling since I was 8 years old and had taught thousands of people how to juggle before I put together the course.
That meant that I knew what worked to teach people. So I simply put together a training that taught what I had learned and created a piece of digital real estate that earns me money every month.
