Hey everyone! I made a video about the importance of being specific when it comes to setting your goals.
Hitting your goals can be hard.
You have to be really clear about what you want and set a plan to get there. But so many people make the mistake of not being specific enough when they set their goals.
They’ll say things like, “I want to get in shape,” or “I want to make more money.” But those are such vague statements. How will you know when you’ve actually achieved those goals?
It’s important to be as specific as possible with your goals so that you can track your progress and celebrate your successes along the way.
If you’re trying to get in shape, for example, a better goal would be, “I want to lose 20 pounds,” or “I want to be able to run a 5K.” These are goals that you can measure and track over time.
The same goes for financial goals. Rather than saying, “I want to make more money,” a better goal would be, “I want to save $1,000 by the end of the year.”
Again, this is a goal that you can track and measure. And when you hit it, you’ll know it!
So next time you’re setting goals, make sure to be as specific as possible. It’ll make it that much easier to achieve them!
I hope this is a useful video for ya.
