2016 and the beginning of 2017 brought me to the beautiful island of Bali. If you haven’t heard of Bali yet, you seriously need to look into visiting. Instead of recording myself sit on my computer all day and work, which would be super boring to watch… I shot a short little video of the drive down to the beach and a few clips surfing Canggu.
The screw that holds my GoPro to my surfboard is messed up so most of the waves I had recorded the camera angle dropped and it just filmed the front of my board, so I have very few video clips of good waves. Also, the battery life on my GoPro has gotten worse over the years so it only lasted about 30 minutes.
At that time, I will either head out to surf for a few hours before heading home for lunch and to work for the rest of the day. I didn’t want to bore you with a video of me sitting at the pool reading or sitting in my condo reading, so you get the better portion of the day…driving to the beach and paddling out to surf!
