Creating a World-Class Personal Network

Any way that we look at our business, there is always going to be something that we are lacking or can not do ourselves. As an entrepreneur, you and I both know that we want to have total control over everything we do in our business. BUT, the problem with this is that, we don’t have the time to truly master everything in our business. This is when our personal network comes in handy.

The fact for us is that as entrepreneurs, we struggle with finding qualified people who can fill the gaps in our companies. The answer to this is simple, build a world-class personal network!

You are probably bombarded with emails every day or messages on twitter of people asking you where they can find a webmaster, a jv partner or finding a person’s phone number. It’s not that these people actually need a webmaster or jv partner, but the fact that they have never put the time in to develop their own personal network.

There are only 3 types of people that you will need in your network.

1) People who have the answers you need: These are the people who can and will help you find a certain piece of software at a moment’s notice, or people who know what is currently working and what’s not in your niche. These are the people who have specialized knowledge in an area that you do not and your team does not.

2) People who have the resources you need: These people know the “perfect” employee for a particular position. These people may have email lists loaded with people who are likely to be your highest targeted prospect, these people also will be willing to share your information with their network.

3) People who can perform specialized tasks far better than you or anyone on your staff can: You want to connect with those people who are unbelievable at marketing, people who dominate Pay-Per-Click, Social Media, SEO, even graphic design and everything else your little heart desires.

Without people like this, your success will be limited!!!!!

Without these people, you end up spending way too much money for freelancers to do all of this stuff. I don’t know about you, but i’d rather KEEP my money 😉

This is just like the “Mastermind” that Napoleon Hill mentions in Think and Grow Rich.

I could go on and on about this, but I feel that I should let the true “Expert” take over now and guide you along the rest of this journey of building a profitable network.
