The Sixth Trait of Successful Entrepreneur’s

by Chris Hughes on February 23, 2010

6. Courage

Success is scary. No doubt about it.

“Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.” -Orison Swett Marden

The prospective entrepreneur frequently has to face their friends and family who do not always understand or support his or her desire for self-employment. I mean it’s so risky and uncertain, plus it’s draining on their time, energy, and resources. With courage you’ll be surprised at how often things work out even better than you had ever expected them to. Be courageous. It will pay off, I promise :)
