If you are an offline business owner and you have not gotten your business website up and an e-mail subscriber list started….
Why not?!
The importance of owning an e-mail list to your business is not measurable in money. First off, ask yourself how much you have spent buying an ad in the newspaper or a magazine? Maybe you’ve dabbled in TV advertising and have spent a few thousands on that.
Have you been able to track your ROI(Return on Investment) for those ads that you’ve placed? My guess is that you didn’t notice a significant boost from these ads, or if you did, it was only for a week or so when that ad was being featured. The next time you had to pay another few hundred or thousands of dollars to get it shown again.
Is there even a way to track this? Yes…but it’s pretty difficult and I don’t want to waste your time on that
Having your own e-mail newsletter list is something that you can track, something that you can measure and very easily. Also, having an e-mail newsletter doesn’t cost $4,000 to “hopefully” get a few customers in your door.
I’m currently living in Buffalo, NY and this is a common site for me….do you think that your customers are going to be just dying to get to that paper in order to read your ad and come visit your store? Ehhh, not so much..

Yep, sure enough there is. It’s that e-mail list that you’ve been putting off the past few months. You know the one, the e-mail that your loyal customers happen to give you after happily purchasing a product or service from you? The e-mail list that they signed up for to get a small discount on their next purchase or to get a free gift from your store? Yeah, you know the one…
E-mail lists are easy to maintain and an essential part of saving you some of your hard earned moolah.
Think about it, you can easily send your message directly to your customer, someone who’s ALREADY BOUGHT FROM YOU. These are what we like to call “hotter than hot prospects”.
