Developing your emotional and social intelligence is super important in performing at your highest level and enhancing your selling ability.

You’ve got to keep this idea open in your mind so that you can improve your:

-Self awareness: This is your ability to read your own emotions and recognize their impact while using gut feelings to guide decisions.

-Self-management: Controlling the emotions you have as well as your impulses and your ability to adapt to changing circumstances

-Social awareness: this is your ability to sense, understand and react to other peoples emotions while comprehending social networks

-Relationship management: This is your ability to inspire, to influence and to develop others while managing conflict.

Here are just a few things that you should keep in mind when developing our emotional and social intelligences.
